The CIC’s Board of Directors will consist of 13 highly
experienced professionals and entrepreneurs with different skill sets.
The BoD will be responsible for:
- Setting the vision and the mission of CIC
- Representing the interests of the investors/members
- Overseeing general operations and guiding the Executive Manager and his/her management team
- Overseeing corporate governance of the CIC and the investment companies/projects
