In long-term, CIC can be
transformed into a venture capital or fund management company
- To be registered as a business association under the Ministry of Commerce
- To be managed by an Executive Manager and governed by a Board of Directors
- The contribution of US$1,000 by the first 100 investors will serve as the seed capital for the operations of CIC as well as the investments for future investment projects generated and recommended by CIC’s Board of Directors
